We had a great championship, we had 36 Teams fishing in the tournament and most were able to catch fish. Temps were great for fishing but the wind was brutal. we had 20-30 mph wind both days, and it made Stockton Lake a little rough.

Winter Bass Brawl Tournament results for November 30, 2008 Pomme De Terre Lake
Winter Bass Brawl tournament results for 11-30-08 Pomme De Terre Lake. I can sum the weather up in one word today, Nasty. It was cold and windy, we had snow, sleet, rain to go with the 20-25mph wind. That didn't stop the 14 Diehard teams from fishing today.
The fishing was actually good, Everyone we talked to managed to catch fish, 8 of the 14 teams caught a limit. fish were being caught on just about everything all over the lake. If your line was wet you were catching fish, Although the bigger fish were a little harder to come by.
we did see 3 fish over four pounds and BB was just under 6 pounds.
Taking first place was the team of Brian Petty and Frank Koepp with a nice limit going 14.31 pounds. They also had BB with a nice one hitting the scales at 5.88 pounds. they received $285.00 for first place and also received $140.00 for Big Bass of the day. For a total of $425.00
Second place went to the team of Greg Becker and Don Thrall with a limit hitting the scales at 13.56. they received $165.00 for second place.
We would like to thank everyone that made it out to fish on this nasty day. we are looking forward to our next tournament on Stockton Lake December 14th 8am-3pm State Park Marina. Please note: This is the first one to start at 8am and the rest of our tournaments will also start at 8am from here on out.

Winter Bass Brawl Tournament results for November 9, 2008 Stockton Lake
Another great turnout for the Winter Bass Brawl with 35 Boatscoming out to fish on this November day. It was a little brisk this morning with temps dipping into the high 20's, But that didn't stop the 35 dedicated teams from trying to catch some of the Stockton Lake bass that everyone is talking about. It proved true that the fishing on Stockton is HOT right now, We had 20 limits weighed in and it took almost 14 pounds to get a check with 7 places paid. Took almost 20 pounds to win today. Everyone we talked to reported catching fish and we seen nothing but smiles at the weigh-in. Win or lose it is a lot of fun catching these bass this time of year, they all seem to be real healthy and fight like 5 pounders. When you can go out and catch 20-25 bass a day, big or small win or lose, its just plain FUN.
Taking first place today was the team of Dan Cox and Tim Kastning with a Great sack of fish tipping the scales at 19.65 pounds. Great job guys. They took home $350.00 for first place. They reported catching their fish in the Little Sac area on Spinnerbaits and Jigs, they said the key to catching them on spinnerbaits was to roll it real slow. They would like to thank their sponsors Redneck Decks, Kastning Quarter Horses and Tim's daughter Sydney Kastning, Tim said it was her getting up at 3:30am and wishing him luck was the key to winning today.
Second place went to the team of Perry Ayres and Brent Watson with another nice sack that was real close to first place. it hit the scales at 19.55 pounds. This team reported catching all their fish on Poor Boy jigs.Second place paid $240.00. This team also had Big Bass of the day with a nice one going 6.35 pounds worth another $350.00 for a total payday of $590.00
Third place went to the team of Nalon Jones & Darrin Burrell with a limit going 17.90 pounds. They received $150.00 for third place. I didn't get a chance to find out how they caught their fish today.
4th place: Mike Campbell & Joey Paryman 15.45 pounds $130.00
5th place: Terry McAllister & Shawn Peine 14.65 pounds $110.00
6th Place: David Burks & Randy Sorrells 14.25 pounds $90.00
7th place: Chad McManis & Dennis Flagg 13.80 pounds $50.00

Winter Bass Brawl Tournament results for October, 28, 2008 Pomme De Terre
Another great turnout for the Winter Bass Brawl with 26 Boats. Pomme has been tough, but that didn't stop 26 teams from showing up and trying to bag a limit of keepers. And other than the wind howling at 25mph it sure was a beautiful day to be on the water. The fish that came to the scales today sure seemed to be healthier than usual. A lot of teams reported catching fish and every team we talked to reported catching a lot of numbers, they just wouldn't hit that 13" mark.
Taking first place was the team of Dennis Flagg and Chad McManis with a nice sack of Pomme keepers weighing 14.25 pounds. good for $315.00. They reported catching most of the fish on the Pomme side with spinnerbaits. Sponsors include Matco tools, Rogers Hunting and Fishing, Optima Batteries.
Second place went to Eddie Bruhn fishing alone, He had a nice sack going 13.80 pounds good for $210.00. Eddie reported catching his fish on the Lindley side with rogue's and crankbaits. sponsors include F and A Marine.

Winter Bass Brawl Fish-Off Championship
March 5, 2011 Pomme De Terre Lake
March 6, 2011 Stockton Lake
The Fish-Off Championship Tournament had a cold, miserable starting day. The below freezing temperatures and windy conditions made holding a rod challenging. We had 24 hardy teams take to the lake and the catches could have been better. Day 1 saw Terry Bradley and Rodney Edwards bringing in the biggest basket with 12.26 lbs. Larry Leavitt and Les Jarman were 2nd with 10.11 lbs. 3rd was taken by Brent Watson and Perry Ayres with 8.79 lbs. Steve Thomas and Ward Bond were the winners of the Big Bass with a 5.96 lb catch.
Day 2 had much better weather. Temperature got up into the 50's and winds were less. Fishing apparently was spotty with only 14 teams having catches. Second day standings were: Brent Watson & Perry Ayers with 22.86lbs, Andy Jarman & Chris Brannen with 20.57 lbs., and Terry Bradley & Rodney Edwards with 13.15 lbs. Big Bass was taken by Brent Watson & Perry Ayres who netted a 6.85 lb bass.
The Championship Fish-Off ended with a picnic meal of pulled-pork sandwiches, baked beans, and potato salad as many door prizes, generously donated by our sponsors, were drawn. The tournament winners were: 1st place Brent Watson and Perry Ayres; 2nd place Terry Bradley and Rodney Edwards; and 3rd place Larry Leavitt and Les Jarman.
Congratulations to Brian Petty and Frank Koepp, winners of two 3500 watt generators for being the Top Points Champions of the 2010-2011 Season.
